Minnesota Children's Museum is at 10 W. 7th St., between St. Peter and Wabasha sts. It offers hands-on activities for children between 6 months and 10 years of age in five permanent and two changing galleries. Habitot is designed for infants and toddlers. World Works encourages creativity and problem solving through investigation and experimentation.
Earth World immerses kids in lifelike Minnesota habitats. In Our World they can play “grown-ups” in a child-size environment. The seasonal Rooftop ArtPark overlooks downtown St. Paul and merges art and nature; families can splash their hands in the waters of a stream bed, build a castle in the sand cove or climb a 12-foot tree fort.
