Slow-cooked meats and locally sourced organic ingredients are featured here. The menu is lined with traditional Creole, Caribbean, Mexican and American dishes. Local favorites include the rotisserie chicken with the Creole dry rub, side of crispy yucca with citrus and garlic or the fried plantains. On nice days, the large garage door-style window walls open to transform this to an outdoor courtyard, patio-style restaurant.
