AAA Editor Notes
Maritime & Seafood Industry Museum is at 115 First St., just before the Biloxi-Ocean Springs bridge. The museum preserves and interprets the maritime history and heritage of Biloxi and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Exhibits, artifacts and an extraordinary collection of photographs tell the story from the time of the first Native American settlement through generations of immigrants whose journey contributed to the melting pot culture of the Gulf Coast. View a film about Hurricane Katrina in Hurricane Gallery as well as Nydia, a 30’ gaff-rigged cabin sloop built in 1898.
