Cons: Not nearly as clean as other 2.5 star hotels. Carpet not clean, shower head needed repair, wall soap dispenser for shampoo was empty. Front desk didn't speak good English. Parking was inadequate. Will not stay there again.

Day clerk needs to be...
Pros: We had a water issue and had wet carpet. The evening desk clerk, Amber, was excellent in handling our water problem. She cleaned it up and made things manageable for us. It was leaking both nights we were there
Cons: The morning we checked out the male desk clerk was aggressively rude when we told him about the problem we had with the water. He basically called us liars and he had inspected the carpet himself and there was no problem. He even refused to give us the credit that was on our account. We left completely stunned by his behavior. His name was Pat. He should not be in a customer service position. EVER!!!!

Pros: The complimenary breakfast was cool, I suggest they also serve turkey products as well.
Cons: This was supposed to be a smoke free property. People were smoking in the halls and it traveled into your rooms. The front reception area was like a dating scene. You had to ask the cleaning lady to come into your room to clean and put in fresh towels. No elevator, Oh and this is a good one, some lady with two babies stated she did not work on the property but she was always on the property helping to clean rooms. SMH.

Room was comfortable, very clean and well stocked. And all lights and outlets were all in working order. No one running down halls or slamming doors! Overall....excellent!
