This café is owned and operated by a husband and wife team who bring their native cuisine to Mississippi. Dishes are prepared using traditional Cuban spices featuring a protein along with rice, beans and plantains. A few meals, like arroz imperial, zarzuela de mariscos and Paella marinera take 45 minutes to prepare and serve two. If you have the time, it is well worth the wait. Along with a full bar, beverage options include Cuban sodas and tropical fruit shakes.
