Jackson native chef Louis LaRose brings more than 20 years experience to his interpretation of traditional Southern classics. Try the redfish with buttermilk mash or braised short rib with pan sauce. A customer favorite is the No. 7 burger with candied bacon, white cheddar, grilled green tomatoes and caramelized red onions and finished with a smoked tomato-bacon aioli. The industrial-style décor consisting of cinder block and gray-painted brick walls, wood, metal and exposed conduits is reflected in the name and is reminiscent of full-service gas stations.
