Since I never know what new and innovative creation the ever changing menu will feature, I always anticipate an adventurous dining experience here.

The frequently changing menu at this hip, contemporary café features ingredients secured from local purveyors to ensure the freshest quality. Menu favorites include steelhead trout (with chipotle and whiskey glaze, butternut cous cous, Brussels sprout salad and maple brodo) and scallops (with Gulf crab hash, beet puree, quinoa and almond cluster/brown butter). Burgers, steak and chicken dishes, inventively prepared, are also available. The long, narrow dining room features soft amber droplights suspended from wood beams, exposed brick walls, archways, and candlelit tables lined up against a wall-length bench. The exhibition kitchen is located at the far end. The elongated bar bustles with patrons.
