Landrum's Homestead & Village is at 1356 Hwy. 15S. This re-created 19th-century village features more than 70 buildings, including a chapel, waterwheel, gristmill, blacksmith shop, schoolhouse and log cabin. The village stands on 20 landscaped acres with pecan trees and a stream, and visitors can pan for gems or test their aim at a laser shooting gallery. There also is a forestry exhibit about the history of the Civilian Conservation Corps.
Special events are offered throughout the year.
Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
