Cons: I had my 89 year old mother with me and they assigned us a room that was to far for her to walk to easily. There was a roach on the desk in the room (they did fumigate the next morning). The desk chair in the room was worn out and needs replaced.

Pros: The king bed was nice and comfy.
Staff was overall friendly.
Cons: The sofa twin mattress was almost in 2 pieces. There were no sheets on the mattress and when I pulled it open there was old candy wrappers on it.
We needed more towels for our stay and I was advised that not only did I need to personally come and get them from the hotel lobby desk, I also had to bring back the soiled towels I was trading in. Insulting!
The food was decent, but the tables weren't being cleaned as each guest was leaving. Disgusting to view as u are eating.
2 attempts to come clean the room were made an hour before checkout time.
The tub was so slippery I almost fell and hurt myself twice.
