Pros: rooms and public areas were clean and attractive
Cons: I found a few of the staff to be rude. I even had a female worker walk in front of me to make her own cup of coffee and ignored me when I asked if there was more coffee. I was preparing to attend my aunt's funeral and didn't need the arrogance.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome.
Cons: I could smell someones cigarette smoke in my first room so they moved me to a second room across the hall from a group of kids traveling with their athletic team. They were loud for hours which kept me from sleeping well.

Very Poor

Pros: I like the hotel's location and it's breakfast.
Cons: I didn't like that I had a room that had wet carpet and it had a smell that was coming from the carpet being wet. The front desk clerk on the first night we got there, had a bad attitude and he argued with the customer. He was impatient and he showed it.
