Pros: Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever been on in a hotel. Will definatly stay again.

Pros: Friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy to make your stay enjoyable. No hassle check-in which at 1:00 AM and hours on the road was a very pleasant surprise. If I am ever passing that way will definitely stay again.
Cons: Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Pros: Location for beach travel from Texas was great.
Cons: I booked on a site which allowed you to pay at the hotel. I opted to paywith cash, got my receipt, only to find the hotel still charged my cardfor the stay. Nothing like paying twice. I tried to resolve the issuethe night of check in just requesting refund of my money with no luck. Itried to resolve it with the employee the next morning with no luck.I've been told both times charge will drop off after 24 hours - wrong-after 48 hours wrong again - today will be the third day of charge stillappearing on my credit statement and funds reduced. I wonder what thestory will be today. The third time I call about it.

Pros: The hotel was great!
Cons: I would NEVER use Booking.com again and will not refer them to anyone. Because my email confirmation says $180 and the Hotel final bill was $259 I asked why and they said that is the email that Booking.com sent them. This is very wrong!
