The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable (too high, and seat was too shallow). Bed overhung the box spring, resulting in in ability to sit on edge of bed. Air conditioner was malfunctioning

Pros: We had a bit of an issue with one bed but one I mentioned it, they promptly fixed it. They ladies that cook and serve the breakfast definitely add that extra touch! They were so friendly and my 6 yr old daughter just loved them!!!
Cons: The parking! It's definitely inconvenient, especially when you have a small child and several bags! Everything else was amazing but the parking is very inconvenient with having to parking down a hill from the entrance and it's took hard and bumpy to push a luggage cart down or up the sidewalk due to stairs!

Cons: We arrived and were split between 2 floors. Traveling with a 3 month old made it a hassle. The king size bed had 2 hairs; one long and one short black hair on the top of the comforter. Called front desk, phone range forever, no answer. Checked with our younger teens on the 4th floor; they also had fuzz/hair on the pillows. Then the rooms were muggy hot, turned air on and left for dinner; came back and neither room had cooled off. Will not stay again. Sad especially since the OReilly's own this property; good people, will express concern if we cross paths.

Staff gave us fresh baked valentine cookies from a local bakery upon check it and when we went to our room, there was a personalized Valentine and candy for us. So sweet and nice. We felt very welcome. Room was very clean and smelled great! Pool and hot tub was nice and staff kept check on fresh pool towels for everyone. Great place to stay. Not real fancy but very home like. Thanks for a Nice stay!
Cons: Only issue was bath towels wasn't soft but that's being really picky, if that's all I have to complain about lol!
