Pros: I liked the location and the cleanliness. The size of the room was also great.
Cons: The staff were less than helpful. Signage was nonexistent. They did not give clear direction as to where we should park and we ended up using the wrong entry the the garage; we were charged $20 for the garage and $13 from the hotel. The hotel refunded $13

Pros: Location, clean, availability of use of sister hotel later pool hours.
Cons: Staff in afternoon and night very unfriendly. Did not welcome you to hotel or make you feel you made the right choice being there. Next night went to another hotel with same ratings at 1/2 the cost and was received with very welcoming reception.

Cons: The front desk was rude and said my credit card was denied very loud and grabbed the key card back. I told her to run it again and it was her system. They gave me valet parking for free after another front desk person came up. The beds was not comfortable at all. Nothing extra or special for 200.00 a night, just the location.

Cons: We had to ask for an extra blanket. The bed was only covered with 2 top sheets. And there were only 2 towels in the room. We had 3 people staying (2 adults and an older child), and it was terrible to have to ask for these things when we reserved the room 24 hours beforehand.

Cons: Our room was located on the front corner of the property. We paid extra for a balcony and "view". We had a great view of the top of the building next door and the air conditioning units! We also heard the train stopping at the station across the street several times throughout the night. We even heard the family next door as if they were in our room because of "vents" in the secondary hallway.
Usually this property is very clean but our room was covered in dust. Our fridge had standing water in the bottom. Upon checkout, the customer in from of us was reporting a clogged shower that was over flowing into the bathroom. Not sure what is happening with the property.

Pros: This is a great location for all Branson has to offer. Loved walking around or just watching the sights from the balcony. Nice large room and great shower.
Cons: A little noisy at times. The street music started at 8am on Sunday and the ice maker is handy but not right by the bed.

Pros: The scrambled eggs were dry , hard and crumbly. Poor cook. I even tried to tell him. Second day we made him cook for just us and they still were terrible. We asked if they were from the shell. They said yes but looked and tasted like powered eggs.
Cons: They missed making up or room after the first night. Called at 1:30pm to tell them and they said they had until 5 pm. At 4:30 it still wasn't cleaned. I went and looked up someone and then 10 people were at my door at 4:30 wanting to clean and also house keeping mgr.. I said no, it was to late that we needed to rest and get ready for dinner and a show. Hotel mgr. called and apologized and took some off the bill and valet parking.
