Pros: Shuttle driver picked me up from rental car drop off location, the next day I used shuttle to go to airport, thus saving 1 day of rental charges and ride to airport was convenient, quick and easy Snd didn't have to pay to park rental car. Loved it

Pros: It was a waiste of money. The pool was mildly warm while the air conditioning was blowing full speed on me so I was freezing cold. The beds were small, most definitely not full size, I would say a little bigger than twin size. Staff was not helpful

Pros: Great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and there were plenty of amenities -- pool, work out room, pamphlets of things to do in the area, restaurant on site, etc.
Cons: Would love to have used a hot tub. There was a little renovation going on but it really was not bad. Getting back to the hotel on surface streets seems impossible. You have to get on the freeway, get off, and then get back on.

Pros: Nothing.... Staff at the downtown hotel were more friendly then the one near the airport. They didn't even know the directions at the airport for the shuttle
Cons: After we reserved and paid our room. They overbooked the hotel and sent us to the hotel in downtown. After I called about the delayed. So instead of been 5 mins from the Airportwe were 20 mins.

Pros: Room was nice. Was on the "club level" apparently, but having stayed in a crown plaza club level room before, it didn't seem to have as much to offer. But the bed was very comfortable and that was the most important thing!
Cons: Was told on-site TGI Fridays was open til 10pm, arrived at 9:45 to find "last call" had happened. When pressed, mgr said he could get us something, but didn't want to eat from closed kitchen. Gave us gift card for lunch, but it was disappointing.

Pros: Pillows. Seriously, king-size Pacific Coast 85% feather core and 15% down outer shell - I never slept so well in my life. Problem is, I can't find exact matching models online. To Crowne: next time I'm walking out with the pillows and you can bill me.
Cons: The location is in an extremely odd spot. It is worth noting that you can ONLY get on Lone Eagle Dr. while heading south on Lindbergh Rd (67). Furthermore, it is right where the westbound i70 off-ramp joins 67 so traffic can make getting over difficult.
