Crisp Museum is at 518 S. Fountain St. in the Holland School of Visual and Performing Arts on the River Campus of Southeast Missouri State University. The collections represent regional archeology, fine art and history. Of special interest is the museum's extensive collection of prehistoric Native American artifacts, including ceramic conch shell effigies, stone tools, and cups and bowls. The museum also contains an interactive Lewis and Clark exhibit, a life-size diorama of a Native American hut, exhibits about native wildlife and regional history, a river board display and a small art museum with changing exhibits.
