Cons: Room smelled of cigarettes
Pros: Staff was very welcoming and property was spotless.
Cons: There wasn't much near the hotel so had to drive to get to things so you will definitely need a car to get to Mizzou campus or around town. We didn't want to park downtown one night and took Uber instead but was expensive due to surge pricing on weekends.
Pros: The room and comfort of the bed
Cons: Ordered a Starbucks coffee at the Bristo and manager and per working Bristo did not know how to make.

Pros: Excellent staff. Every employee said hi to us. Had to call and complain at 1 am about kids in hallway. The issue was immediately resolved. Very clean hotel. Overall a great stay!
Pros: every one was so nice.
Cons: the fire alarm going off but I was reassured by the front desk
Pros: Great location.. nice rooms.. Pillows need updated is ONLY flaw I could see...
Pros: Outstanding place and loved the room
family with older children
Cons: Second tier as far as location. A little bit away from the hub of activity. Great business hotel though.
Pros: Staff was friendly & close to event we attended
Cons: At check in with full printout on confirm for a 2 bed room, we found it was only a single bed. Called down & after about 20 minutes we were relocated to the correct room. It lacked a makeup mirror, q-tips etc so helpful for applying makeup. Was very bare bones for a Marriott. Now I see they have charged $150 to my card!! I have called them & complained & they are checking in to it. This has nothing to do with room charge & we had no other charges by us. I will be calling them again today to get it removed.
