Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: The rooms were not very clean. The reservations were not updated to accommodate our stay. There wasn't even a complimentary breakfast for the price of the room, there should have been.

Pros: The staff was so friendly and remembered who we were when we came back from our concert. Super comfortable beds, very clean and good size rooms.
Cons: It was a little hard to locate the hotel. the building is in a mostly residential area and hard to see from the street but otherwise great stay!

Pros: Easy to get to from freeway
Cons: The room was very warm when we arrived, ac apparently not turned down for our arrival. No exhaust fan in the bathroom... Had the last room down a long hallway from elevator, no cart to bring luggage out when we left. Had to make several trips. I had asked for handicap accessible, the room was not. Have had better accommodations in lesser price hotels.
Husband is 90 yrs. young...this was hard on him.

Pros: Location close to everywhere I needed to go.
Cons: The room location was the furthest from anything in the hotel but the back door, which continually opened and shut the entire time I was in the room.Remote for tv didn't work correctly. The listed channels were not all there. no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Bed had a big dip on one side.

Cons: The mattresses in room 261 were awful! Spongy, really not comfortable at all. Know you have to do pool maintenance sometime, but really, during the Christmas holidays? We picked this hotel BECAUSE of the great pool for our 3-yr-old granddaughter to come over and visit. But it was closed for repairs all week. Bummer!
