Pros: I booked two rooms with a connecting door for my friend's bachelorette party. Super close to PNL and literally 500 feet from the restaurant we went to (drunken fish - amazing btw). Staff was so nice and accommodating. Corey at the front desk got us a ton of coupons for PNL for free and discounted cover, drinks, and food. We ran into another employee of the hotel (didn't catch his name unfortunately) and asked him where the ice machine was, and he told us and then just brought a bucket of ice to our room. People could not have been nicer. Also the bathrooms were clean, well lit, and big.
Cons: As the person who booked the rooms, I paid more for parking in the garage than friends who came to stay. That was kind of annoying. But a minor detail compared to everything else.

Pros: Nice clean bathroom and room. Staff was very kind.
Cons: Hotel was very nice but our room didn't seem as put together as the other parts of the hotel. Didn't seem worth the money we paid.

Pros: Location for KCPL district.
Cons: I booked a room over 10 months ago to stay. I had requested an early check in as we had tickets for a sound check VIP package at a concert. We were unable to check in early and when we did check in late in the night after the concert the room was wrong. One king bed for 3 people. They did provide a roll away but, it was held together by a plastic bag. They did comp our breakfast and took off a very small amount on the bill. It is a very pretty hotel and great location for KCPL district but, I was very disappointed!!! Staff was also not very helpful. ..

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Breakfast was 30$ for cereal and French toast. The manager threatened to call the police on us because there was a misunderstanding about the payment where I thought I payed online but It was only a preauthorization. The manager threatened to call security on my wife because she was confused about the payment and told him we were not gonna pay twice. He then went on to try to dial 911 as if we were trying to leave without paying for the room. The room was very small and the view was a literally a brick wall. The showers water pressure was way to high and the hotel smelled like feet.
