Pros: The staff is excellent
Cons: The hotel was remodeling, I love this hotel, but probably would have stayed somewhere else. The hotel is being remodeled the price should reflect that

Disappointing

Pros: Located in a good area close to power and light district
Cons: It does not appear that anyone has cleaned this hotel in years. There was so much dirt and grime built up in places it actually grossed me out. The window sills or windows have never been clean and it did not look like the carpet in our room had been vacuumed in a while

Pros: I liked how close it was to the convention center.
Cons: King bed was on 2 showing full box springs. Crown molding was falling apart. Tiny elevators. Bathtub faucet was falling apart. Room wasn't very clean. Room was very tiny for $250. View of construction on the hotel. Window in the shower. Broken vending machines. Room service ended at 11.
