Pros: The staff was awesome. For my wife's birthday the front desk treated us to a round of drinks and breakfast on them. We were very appreciative of the amazing gesture.
Cons: I wish we could have stayed longer. The presidential suite was amazing! It's worth stopping by at least once this lifetime.

Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the Plaza and close to restaurants and shopping. It's a beautiful hotel, the rooms are small unless you have a suite. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet.
Cons: Front desk staff was unpleasant the entire time. Our check in attendant didn't smile once and even though we booked and paid for a Plaza view, he told us none were available and they were fully committed. He gave us a tiny room facing a parking lot with a rusty dumpster and port-a-potties. When we said it was unacceptable, miraculously a suite became available - still with no real view but at least better than the first room. But never in the process was he friendly, overly apologetic, or seem concerned that they had made a mistake. The evening front desk attendant was equally unhelpful. When we came in after a show and wanted a restaurant that was open late, she sent us to a dirty, smelly bar. Our local friends were horrified with her recommendation when we told them the next day. We asked if she could call us a ride as it was late and she told us to just walk. She seriously could not have tried less to be helpful. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel has such poor representation.

Pros: Almost all staff very friendly, Joe was great as were all fellows at front. Music was all fantastic.
Cons: Chaz bar and dining room mgr(?) small Chaplin looking guy with big black hair was very annoying and not helpful! Bartenders and wait staff very friendly, but not well trained, as often failed to record corrrct drink orders. Happy Hour rules were very ridiculous...alternating a different white or red wine each day, expecting the customer will buy just any HH red or any white, I don't think so. Breakfast menuu too limited and staff not well trained.
