The narrow dining room of the restaurant only seats 32 guests, but there is space at a bar that provides views into the kitchen for those without reservations. The chef and owner has spent years traveling the world and is consistently adventurous with his offerings. With a seasonal menu, there are always changing features. The small plate sharing concept affords one the opportunity to try a little of everything. The staff is welcoming and happy to explain some of the more out there ingredients and cooking techniques practiced here; as well as offer suggestions on beverage pairings.
