Overall a great stay

Pros: The bed was amazing and spacious, the rooms were clean and staff was amazing.

Cons: Burnt out lights in the room, not enough breakfast food coffee machine didn’t work right, and when asked staff was a little rude

Pros: I did not eat the breakfast but it was provided every morning as stated. The easy access to the place was what I liked.

Cons: I didn't like that I found roaches crawling in my room.

Cons: Not enough low carb options for me at breakfast. When we booked a king business suite, I wasn't told that pet stays are only offered in a double Queen room until after we got to the room and call down to the desk. Same price but the other room we originally booked was 1. A king size (what we needed) and 2. A better priced deal. They should have offered the pet stay free for the lack of communication!!

Good nights rest.

Pros: Breakfast was like most hotel free ones, not so good. The facility and the staff were efficient and cordial. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling.

False advertising

Pros: It was a place to stay. Served it's purpose. Would like a refund, of some sort, for falsely advertising their amenities which made our stay uncomfortable.

Cons: Hard bed. Lukewarm water in shower. Did not have a sleeper sofa or rollaway bed available as advertised on their website. It made our sleeping arrangements very uncomfortable.
