Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks

Surrounded by expansive grounds, this 370-acre resort sits on the banks of the Lake of the Ozarks. Room types vary from campy lakeside cottages to standard hotel rooms and upgraded suites. Recreational activities at this golf resort include golf lessons and spa services with massages. The resort, which opened in 1960 with 12 lakefront cottages, has grown significantly over the years. By 1973 there were 465 rooms.
