Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: I supucificly asked when making the reservation the night before to make sure they had an indoor pool. I was informed by the Desk Clerk that "yes they had a pool." Well when we checked into the Hotel we were informed that the Pool was out of use for maintenance. The Desk Clerk told us she would refund our Money so we could go to a different Hotel. Well there was a convention in town and also two concerts around the area. SO there was no Hotel that had rooms. So we went up to our room which was supposed to be a King Suite well the room was small and when you pulled out the sleeper sofa for our Son to sleep on and we had to move furniture just so we could pull the bed out and have room to walk in case we needed the Bathroom through the night. There was also a huge stain on the.Mattress luckly it was .not on the top of the Mattress. We thought about letting him sleep on the couch. But it was also very stained up and to small for our 5" 10' Son. They also offer a continental breakfast well there was no Breakfast. The first thing that happened when we go into the room is notice was the odor in the room. And our Son used the toilet to go to the Bathroom. And the toilet got plugged up from just Pee. So my Husband went down to the front desk to inform the Desk clerk, and was handed a plunger! And we had to plunge the toilet whenever we used the toilet. I would not recommend this Hotel for anyone. Also we did request to be moved and there were no other rooms.
