Cons: Housekeepers threw out my waters and juice I had in a bucket of ice.
Pros: Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Manager Ed Sosa was outstanding helping us with our needs.
Cons: I way overpaid.. Hotel was not in the historic district. The hotel had a shuttle service but not available. My room had dirty carpet and a tiny bathroom.
Pros: The staff at the desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
Cons: Room cleanliness was poor. They did not keep up with stocking the breakfast bar. Smokers lined up out side the entrance, leaving no choice but to walk through a wall of smoke to get to the parking lot.
Hotel Staff is very pleasent...
Pros: The location to St. Charles main street and easy access to the Interstate.
Cons: The smoking area is too close to the entrance. Found myself walking through a wall of smokers to enter the building. This occurred 3 out 6 days.
Great place but uncomfortable occurrences
Pros: Great location! Very clean, nice looking rooms. I felt very much at home.
Cons: Their elevator for some reason kept sending me to other floors and but the worse part of this hotel and was a daily disturbance was the fact that the workers maids/ house man kept walking into the room after knocking and not waiting for a response very creepy and uncomfortable.
