AAA Editor Notes

Jesse James Home is at 12th and Penn sts. on the grounds of the Patee House Museum. The outlaw's residence was the scene of his death at the hands of members of his gang. A bullet hole in the wall was made April 3, 1882, when James was killed. The restored house is furnished with original and period pieces. Tape recordings explain the significance of events that occurred in each room.
