Pros: The rooms are basic but well kept and neat. There were multiple ways to get to your floor that made it pretty easy to get in and out. You pay for parking in their garage which is very secure, but there are places on the street as well. I appreciated that the WiFi was easy to connect to and very fast for what I was using it for (mobile games, email, messaging). The breakfast in the morning was packed with guests, but was well stocked the whole time. We did not have to wait for food to come out and the quality of the breakfast was great for the cost.
Cons: The pool and hot tub area was crowded. Not that that was a bad thing, but trying to get to it was a challenge. Not all of the stairs or elevators could take you to the floor the pool is on and once there, leaving would be a chore too because the elevator right by the pool takes a long time to come available to pool guests. I imagine there are hotel guests using the elevator on the above floors and getting people from the pool is not as important.
