Pros: Hotel employee, who checked us in was the best experience. Friendly, personable, and welcoming. Gave us suggestions about the area. Location is great. Plenty to see and do around the hotel. Close parking if you opt out of valet. Fitness center was ni
Cons: There was nothing that wowed me. Breakfast was disappointing. Room temp pastries and oatmeal. Dead bugs on window seals (1103). Room was old and generic, recently given a facelift but nothing impressive. Disappointing experience for a boutique hotel.

Disappointing
Traveling as Couple
10-20-2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff unfriendly. $100 for incidentals is ridiculous. They charged me $213 for incidentals "by accident" and I've yet to receive my refund it's been 4 days. At this price you would expect a mini fridge. No fridge. Bathroom was GROSS dirty!
