AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Social Scene): The rooms are nice, but to me, it's all about the spectacular lobby here. Sit in the lounge and feel transported to the golden age of rail travel.
The hotel is located in a 100-year-old restored train station with a lobby that boasts a six-story, barrel-vaulted ceiling and beautiful architectural details. Some of the attractively appointed guest rooms offer bonuses such as robes and slippers. Be sure to check out the lobby area 3D projected light show displayed nightly at the top of every hour. Smoke free premises. 538 units. 5-6 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

WILL NOT RETURN
Pros:
Cons: Room was not ready after waiting 45 minutes in line to check in! Was then given a different room than what I paid for! After getting to the room they gave me, the keys did not work! Back to the front desk where they changed my room again.......2 hours after arriving I was able to finally put my stuff in my room to begin my vacation. Horrible experience and overpriced! Staff attitude was also very poor! Will never stay here again!!!

Wonderful

Character, location, amenities -- this...
Pros: Phenomenal. Beautiful rooms, the grand hall is a sight to see, and the old train station theme is a neat touch.
Cons: It's a big hotel. Our room was far off from the lobby, so there was a lot of walking. But that's a very minor issue for us.

One of a kind amazing...
Pros: Historic, unique
Cons: Parking way too far away and an additional expense. bad road to get there too.Staff would not share information about the hotel's amenities or what was included in our stay. We found the hidden location for the breakfast on our own. Were not allowed to see the ceiling projection in the great room. A wedding reception was going on. When I stopped to peak behind the curtain, i was rudely shewed away by staff.

Poor

Visited from Texas
Pros: It is worth a visit to see the building for the history
Cons: If you are looking for upscale luxury hotel DO NOT be fooled by what you see online. The rooms are nothing special just regular hotel rooms and the whole facility itself is rather stagnant. Very dissappointing
