We have stayed in this hotel many times, yet the staff does not know it. They treat us like new guests, telling us about amenities that we already know about. They should know how many times we've stayed there and acknowledge that we've come back. The hotel apparently does not keep a record. That's not good marketing.
Pros: I like the comfortable public and outdoor spaces, the classical music playing overhead, and the well-kept grounds.
Cons: We were given a room by a stairway, but the stairway was apparently little-used so that was no a problem.
