The concept of this New American restaurant is to involve all five senses in the dining experience. The menu changes on a daily basis due to the involvement of local farmers and purveyors of fine foods. A chef's tasting menu is offered for those that would like to try several courses, while a bistro menu also is offered for lighter fare and smaller portions. The dessert offerings change daily, although typically a chocolate, pastry and fruit offering are available. The atmosphere is relaxing and inspired by a 1930s bistro, white tablecloths and fresh flowers make for a lovely dinner setting.
