Classic. Long considered one of the finer restaurants in town, this hotel dining room retains a classic service style and steak house menu, reminiscent of a bygone era of elegance. Formalized style has servers wheeling carts to deliver meals and showcase cold seafood appetizers like marinated calamari and jumbo shrimp cocktail. The pepperloin is the signature steak, served with chef’s starch and vegetable, with lamb chops, filet mignon, lobster tails and salmon offered too. For dessert, cherries jubilee and bananas Foster are flambéed tableside.
