Pros:
Cons: I was under the impression that I booked/paid for a 1 room 2 full bed reservation with free continental breakfast. When we walked in our room, we saw only one king size bed and a cot. I called the front desk, who informed me that they never reserve 2 full beds. They asked which third party I reserved the room from. When I informed them my reservation was through booking.com, I was told that they always have this complaint and that booking.com lied. The hotel was full and we were unable to have 2 full beds. In the morning, my family and I walked downstairs to get our free continental breakfast. I was also informed by the hotel employees that this was also not true and that the continental breakfast came with a surcharge. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will never book from booking.com again.

Pros: A small thing to some but every time we went to get on the elevator on the first floor lobby there was one with the doors open waiting for us. A real timesaver. The restaurant and bartenders help with second to none. Great experience
Cons: I am a very early riser. Going down to the lobby at 4 o'clock in the morning wasn't the best experience. The chairs seem to be designed by Fred Flintstone. They were hard as rock and very uncomfortable. There was no coffee until 630 AM. I would have expected coffee 24 seven available in the lobby. Yes there was coffee in the rooms however my wife stays in bed and I didn't want to bother her by making coffee that early

Pros: The staff was very nice. Since they over booked double beds they gave us a hide away bed for no charge.
Cons: I booked a double bed online and they were "all booked" when I got to the hotel. We had a king single with my husband and 2 children. When I went to turn the bed down there were TONS of hair in it. The bed was obviously not changed from the previous guest. It took 2 hours to get new sheets. With 2 young children waiting to go to bed until 1am you can understand my frustration.
