Pros: 1. Spacious Queen room. 2. Large selection of breakfast food, both hot and cold. 3. The waitress was very helpful. 4. Hot Tub great.
Cons: 1. Check In, struggled to find our reservation. 2. Once checked in room card didn't work. This happened 3 times in our 3 night stay. 3. Being woken up at 3:15am by reception staff by phone who put the phone down once we answered the phone. We questioned who called when we went for breakfast. Response was someone reported noise and banging from the room. "mistaken room number", apparently there had been a wedding that day. 4. The limited gym equipment (x Trainer) broken. Gym times not as advertised. 5. Children running around at all hours of the night, 11pm to 1am.

Pros: We were looking forward to the water park and relaxing in our last night of our trip. We had traveled all over three states
Cons: I spoke to the hotel before our trip. They assured me the water park was available. We found out it was closed. Then told pool was open. Then it was closed for Maintenance, I told them this was the only reason I picked this hotel. I got to passed for the park. Worth $16. Whoopee...we decided to leave. We were given credit for our room...whoopee...we had to redress n pack...while they called another place. We checked into the nicest place. Hampton suite next door... Their pool was open and they gave us a double bedded room which was great since there was three of us. Due to the early flight out, they packed us three breakfast to go!! I gave water park passes to them. The clerk told me the water park hotel has been rumored to have problems. I agree. Their manager should have came out of their office to speak to me. I was in management of a local motel in my hometown and always met the clients with problems or just to welcome them
