Dine in what was once the stable of a stagecoach station. Recipes have been handed down from generation to generation in a family that has been in the hospitality business since 1883. Home-baked goods and trout are specialties, served amid rustic décor comprised of antique wood tables and mismatched antique chairs of different styles. The walls are adorned with mounted heads of big-game animals and birds as well as farm tools and century-old objects. It may be open weekends in April.
