Pros: The location and access to I15.
Cons: Paper thin walls and extremely noisy guests. I had to call twice to the desk to get the rooms either side of me to quiet down, once after 11 pm and once after midnight. $---- USA funds for 4 hours of sleep. Rip off.

Cons: Our first night the sheets had not been changed from the people who stayed the night before. The rooms were never cleaned properly. EX Dirty towels left in tub. No coffee or glasses or soap and the last night room not cleaned at all until we complained yet again. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Never again and all the staff did was make excuses that did not address the problems we
had every day.

Pros: I am so sorry I missed the lady's name that worked there, but I ran into a bit of a problem and she was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Pros: I absolutely will never stay any other place ever !!! Your hotel is perfect. Your staff is awesome. The housekeeping was so kind and generous. There was 14 of us that stayed there in different rooms. Super pleasant !! Thanks our family hadn't been together in 13 years

Cons: I wanted to use a different credit card upon arrival but the gal who checked us in said it was already charged to the card I used. We were traveling with someone else so I had used the same card online for both of our rooms. We were individually going to pay for the rooms once we arrived. I told her that I had used booking.com the entire trip and I always paid on site. She told me that wasn't the agreement they had with booking.com and wouldn't fix the charges.
I found it funny how the receipt slid under my door the next morning stated booking.com/pay on site.
I wasn't impressed with the gal who checked us in.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious rooms including an ample sitting area. Good service. Polite personnel. Better breakfast than most. I always stay here when I visit Great Falls.
Cons: The price seemed higher than usual this time. Loud children and their equally loud parents ruined the swimming pool, as they do at most hotels.

Good for one night stop
Pros: Room was clean and spacious, however we noticed faint smell of cigarette smoke from the past. There is a pool in hotel.
Cons: Breakfast quality is something to cry on. Location of hotel is in noisy surroundings. On the back there is a truck parking space and they were idling all the night. No open windows opportunity in the room. If you get the room in the front, you will face airport and busy highway. So if you are noise sensitive with habbit to open windows, this is a trap.

Pros: Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the variety of food is great.
Cons: The cleaning lady knocked on the door at 9am even though we didn't have a wake-up call and checkout is not til noon.

Pros: We were in the king suite. Lots of room. Furniture was very comfortable. It was nice having a larger sitting area.
The double sinks situated outside of the water closet made getting ready in the morning a breeze.

Cons: They have the most absurd main entry doors I have ever seen! Judging by the comments of other people and staff,--most people agree. The entry is an automated double door set that opens like bi-fold doors, with a warning sign saying "Do not stop in the middle." Very odd, and frankly...pointless.

Pros: Great room. Great Breakfast. At the price we paid the best deal we have gotten in many years. Don't know anything about any other properties they own but this one was outstanding
