Pros: I've used this location regularly, and the combination of services at it work well.
Cons: I'd ordered a king-spa room, and was not placed into one with a spa. Then, breakfast wait staff were minimally service oriented, and while it was a somewhat noticeable problem in earlier stays, it was frustrating this stay.
