Cons: Room was not adequately supplied with towels, shampoo, and conditioner for our party of four.
When we went down to the front desk to request additional linens and supplies, there was no one manning the station. It took 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to return. It appears as if this property needs to look at their staffing as the Inn was totally booked for this particular night.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was scheduled to start at 7 am, lucky for us, they set up at least an hour early. We had to leave at 630 am to make our meeting and it was very nice to be able to not have to worry about where we might be able to eat.

Pros: Great location to get to anything in Hamilton or for a drive in the mountains. Walking distance to fast food and other restaurants. The hotel adjoins a beautiful park along the river where you can take an evening walk. Fabulous mountain views from the back of the hotel. Nice beds and very clean. Good hot tub.

Pros: I love that it is so kid friendly. There is a "park" (no play equipment) right beside it, so bring a ball or a Frisbee! The staff was incredibly helpful in suggestions on where to eat and play! The beds were extremely comfortable!
Cons: The pool was WAY too cold. Could hardly get in myself , let alone let my kid! The hotel was a little difficult to find initially, as it is off the main road and the sign is tiny! The breakfast is nothing spectacular, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Cons: The indoor pool was freezing- and that's the main reason we stayed here. Very disappointing. The elevators were out of service and our room was in the middle of the hotel, so lots of walking, which is fine but it would have been nice to know prior to getting to our room. Our room had no view what so ever, which was a shame because the surrounding area is beautiful. I posted pics of our view, the old furniture, etc. Also the breakfast was all carbs except for hard-boiled eggs- don't expect anything healthy aside from bananas and apples.

Pros: This motel was very clean, and the beds were super cozy. The facility is very nice quality and the rates are fairly inexpensive.
Cons: Noise control. A group of loud guests checked in and kept the place pretty noisy. Not the motels fault, but I felt they could have reinforced quiet hours a little more.

Cons: One of the morning staff members came into the pool area and complained that my children were too loud. The pool area echoes a lot and it's difficult to hear if anyone else was talking at the same time. I felt she was a little rude. Also, my son left his blanket and his prescription eyeglasses at the hotel and I was expected to pay for UPS to ship them to me which was an added expense of $31.00. While I appreciate it was not the hotels fault that we left these items, I felt there should be a better, more affordable way for hotels to ship items back to customers.

Pros: The pool in indoor "heated" but was freezing! So we couldn't swim which is why we stay there in part! Also the hottub was sick:( not been cleaned and discussing it with the front desk didn't help! To top it off we had little kids in the room above us that kept jumping off the beds untill 2 in the morning so not real happy this stay!
