Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts is at 2915 Country Club Ave. Supporting artists who work in ceramics, the foundation was established in 1951 in a former brickyard by Western Clay Manufacturing Co. president and art patron Archie Bray. The 26-acre grounds, set among the Rocky Mountain foothills, feature hundreds of whimsical sculptures created by resident artists over the years. The North Gallery is open year-round with rotating exhibitions. In summer, current residents exhibit their work in the Warehouse Gallery. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
