Pros: The rooms were clean. And the shower was great.
Cons: We went out for the evening and before we left we turned the temp to 75 degrees. When we arrived back the room felt cold so therefore we turned the temp up to 80 degrees. It still never ever got warm in the room. Basically, it was cold in the room all night. When we went to check out the next morning the clerk asked if we had a nice stay. My comment was for the most part great. However the room temp never got warm and she then informed me that they had just turned on the heater that morning. So therefore there was 2 of us staying in the room (one of them being the age of 75, she now has a cold and feeling under the weather).

Pros: I liked the wall mounted soap dispensers in the shower because of convenience, conditioner included and body wash included.
Cons: The room was not cleaned sufficiently! Headboards had a thick layer of dust and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. The cleaning staff left clean towels on the second day AM but DID NOTHING ELSE! Beds were not made, floors were not vacuumed, the toilet was not cleaned and fresh samples were not provided. On top of that, one member of our party was treated atrociously!!! She was moved out of her room in her absence, her clothes were gathered and stuffed into a bag and placed in the lobby without notice. She was promised another room 12 miles away only to be told the room had been held on an on-call basis and the room had been rented! This kind of treatment of any guest is unacceptable!!! When I checked out, staff neglected to ask how our stay was. We had stayed at Yellowstone Crossing before but we will NEVER stay there again! We will drive the extra 12 miles to Billings from now on. We were part of a group of 20 persons who were visiting Laurel for a sporting event and most of us will not be staying at Yellowstone Crossing in the future.
