Pros: Size of the room was good, bed was very comfortable. Very quiet for the busy street it is located on. Nice view of the surrounding hills. Convenient location.
Cons: Public areas (elevator) could have been a little cleaner/repainted

Pros: It was just an okay hotel - nothing particularly attractive about it. The breakfast area has a nice layout and there were never any issues finding a nice spot and food.
Cons: The staff wasn't too friendly. I asked for an itemized copy of my receipt and was told that Booking charges our stay directly, so they have no way of providing Booking customers with a receipt that shows the amount charged. I found this very strange and wasn't comfortable. The hotel could do with some updates - new paint. I found it odd that there's only one very small elevator in the entire property - we ended up using the staircase (which wasn't a problem unless you're carrying lots of luggage), as the wait for the elevator was sometimes long.

Pros: The location of this property is great. It is right off the interstate and close to stores and restaurants. There is a beautiful walking path just a mile or so from the hotel at the Elk Refuge Center. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby has been updated and has a wonderful warm and cozy feel. This is an older hotel and the rooms are smaller, but it was comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast area is quite small and very crowded. Rooms are smaller since this is an older hotel. The Internet connection keeps disconnecting and that was very frustrating!
