Pros:
Cons: This is not a Quality Inn issue, but a Missoula issue. There are limited Hotels downtown, so you have a drive on the freeway or arterial to get into downtown, or pay for overpriced hotels.

Pros:
Cons: I asked for a 4 am wake up call and no call ever came. We were able to make our flight but it could have been different if my partner hadn't woken up.

Pros: The bed and cable were nice once I went to bed. There was also a hand written note from the housekeeper which gave it a personal touch
Cons: I went down there to have breakfast an hour before it ended and everything I had was cold except the waffles, which I had to make. What I think was a fried egg was cold and rubbery. The sausage was out and when I did get my waffle cooked the butter could have sat out for two days and still be as hard as a brick. I did have my little dog with me and of course trying to be respectful of the hotel, took him out often. When he did his business there were no plastic bags to clean up after him. The back door that I took him out at didn't open up with my room key later on at night so I had to walk him around the building to the front of the hotel to get in. Looking forward to relaxing a bit and found out that the hot tub was only open till 10pm, how disappointing! Besides that the temp of the hot tube was like most pool water once I got into it. They also called me about 230 in the afternoon saying my dog barked but 1am at night below my window was a girl screaming and slapping her boyfriend but yet no one bothered to come out and handle that one.
