Pros: The slide, b-fast & service were excellent!
Cons: It could have been a little cleaner(sheets, comforter & more) & I have always felt a hotel room with little external noise is not only rare but greatly appreciated by your guests. A bit of an expense, but worth it(more repeat customers).

Pros: The waterslides and pool area are the reason we stay here. They are a big plus for the kids. They also serve a good breakfast.
Cons: I paid extra to get a handicap accessible room. I was a little disappointed that the shower did not have a built in bench seat,but rather a stool to place in the tub. Did not have a roll in shower.

Pros: The room was beautiful and spacious it was equipped for accessibility that I didn't need but appreciated. Laundry facilities. The staff helped with several issues that came up for me. It was a great stay.

Wouldn't stay here again because they wouldn't give me a military discount since I booked on booking.com. Hotel overpriced for what you get. The "free" breakfast wasn't very good. Dry and lukewarm. Coffee was good.

Pros: Hotel was clean, close to the airport, and quiet. Had a super pool with slides for families with children. We were very pleased to see breakfast was already laid out at 4:45 am, when we had to head out to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The king mattress we had was way too soft for people with hip or back problems. Also, the a/c didn't cool the window side of the room very well, but we were there during a heat wave.
Pros: Clean nice room. Fun waterslides to get the wiggles out after a long drive. Breakfast pretty good.

Cons: We stayed 2 nights, skimpy on towels the last night and the hot water in the shower went from ice cold to scalding. The first night stay 5 days earlier was totally fine. I left clothes in closet and they saved them for me when I came back to stay the night before we flew home.

Pros: The water slides were great and provided hours of entertainment for our children. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and were well prepared. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel offered security staff that was visible and friendly. The common breakfast area was great for our family gathering at the end of the day. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: They offered coffee all day long but hot chocolate would have been nice, as well, as I am not a coffee drinker. The room could have used a USB charging plug option, as many hotels offer now.

Pros: Cleanness and staff very nice.
Cons: Hours of breakfast was good 6-10. But if you decided to sleep in and go down at 8:30-9:00. There was no food to speak of and you had to go to a restaurant and buy your breakfast. The pool and hot tub was different temperatures every time we went down, it needed to be controlled. Two times the chlorine was so strong it burned our eyes.
