This casual restaurant is definitely upscale "cowboy chic," constructed of large peeled log beams and braces. The walls are decorated with the ubiquitous Montana elk head mounts, and antler chandeliers light the dining room. The modest menu offers items such as chicken pappardelle pasta, pretzel crusted trout, seared scallops and a variety of steaks. The in-house pastry chef produces all desserts. Of course, there is a fairly heavy emphasis on steaks here and they are all hand-trimmed USDA Choice cuts. Although the dining is fine their slogan here is "Fun Dining."
