Pros: Dated and over-priced property. Could use some genuine competition as service and quality lacks.
Cons: Quality of service. Value for money.

Pros: Although we didn't have time to utilize it, I did like that it had a pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The sheets were threadbare, and the room was not very clean. There were spider's nests in the corner of the room. There was dust on the tops of pretty much anything that was above eye level. The grout in the bathroom was disgusting. The soap/shampoo selection was not good. I should have brought my own. All of the lamp shades were busted. The facilities were old. For paying $269 a night, it was not even close to being worth as much as we paid. I have stayed in a lot better hotels in West Yellowstone, and I didn't pay half as much. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't a lot of selection.

Pros: Rooms had plenty space, beds were comfortable, great location for Yellowstone. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit low on the selection and plastic cutlery and paper plates were a bit fiddly to eat with, but hey it was free!

Pros: Location is excellent. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was limited to what appeared to be powdered egg mixture, cheap breads, terrible coffee. Internet was impossible. The room really could have used a vacuuming since the layer of dust around the edges was thick. Pet peeve: when you advertise as a green property, and we ask not to have towels and linens replaced and request is ignored, we feel they are not serious about being sustainable. Mostly, for $250 per night we expected more.
