Overpriced is the best word...
Pros: The gardens. Tha's it.
Cons: Overpriced rooms and food. Food at the restaurant is not of great quality (or quantity for that matter) and super expensive, we asked for a mosquito bite repellent (which at the price per night and price of the restaurant should offer at least as a courtesy as in other hotels in Cuernavaca) and they gladly sold us an overpriced one (at a convenience store that one would have been half price at least). Water from the shower had a weird color and don't get me started on their super expensive water that they offer in the rooms, which again given they don't allow you to bring your own water should be complementary. Also we are pretty sure we got flea bites on the room. In general they take advantage, horribly, of the fact that the hotel is in a remote location with little to no access to a convenience store in the vicinity to charge outrageous prices for their services. The only thing worth noting is the gardens, which are really pretty. I wouldn't recommend staying here or having a meal here, maybe just visit the gardens, there are definitely better hotels in Cuernavaca for that price.

Beautifull hotel, with a terrible...
Pros: The hotel it self is a beautiful japanese style home, that was re-built into a hotel. With really nice gardens and a beautifull restaurant.
Cons: The service was terrible and expensive, we got to the pool at 6pm and where unable to get towels, we tried asking for food and it took forever, and when it got there was cold and super expensive. Wifi had extra cost, so did water in the room, we felt like they where trying to charge us for everything. Also the food was almost always delivered cold. Both to the pool and to the room service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The location is amazing.
Pros: The location is amazing; even if it's a big hotel you feel you're surrounded by japanese style green areas. Beautiful.
Cons: We only stayed there for the night as we needed a place to sleep after attending a wedding. We didn't have a chance to use the amenities. Proposed breakfast is buffet and is expensive, though you can order from the menu too.
