Pros: Bed was ok
Cons: Pool is way too small for capacity of the hotel. Don't let professional pictures on their website fool you, facilities need maintenance.

Pros:
Cons: My girlfriend arrived before me, she requested to change room three times because of the inadequate conditions of the rooms. Bugs, hair in pillows, dirty conditions, etc. Unacceptable in any circumstance, we paid above US $200 per night, not worthy.

Pros: Nice infinity pool, located right on beach and walking distance on the beach to Bucerias was approximately 30-45 minutes. Recommended restaurants in Bucerias are Karen's Place located right on the beach as you walk towards Bucerias, excellent breakfasts and dinners, Sandrina's, very nice gift shop in front and open restaurant courtyard area in back, we all enjoyed our dinners and Dugarel's located right in Bucerias on the water, excellent coconut shrimp and cheese stuffed bacon wrapped shrimp! Taxi's are reasonable usually 80 pesos one-way.
Cons: The room maintenance needs much improvement. We are only speaking for the room we were given. First off I requested a king size bed and received 2 small double beds. The bathtub/shower and sink drains were very slow to drain. The water would end up between your ankles and knees in the bathtub/shower. One of the clothes closet doors in the bedroom did not slide easily, we had to really push or pull it sideways and there are no handles on the doors. The patio door was off the track upon check-in, which my husband fixed, and the patio shutter doors did not slide easily, again no handles. Upon checking in we had 1 towel in the bathroom and had to contact Housekeeping to deliver more. The second day we went out early and came back in the evening to NO towels in the bathroom room and no tea towels in the kitchen, again we had to call Housekeeping, we waited 30 minutes for their arrival before we could go to bed. We could not enjoy our deck outside due to the clattering of 3 fountains located right in front of our deck. The fountains are a 10 foot straight up spout of water clattering back into the pools, this went on from early morning into the evening. We had to keep the patio doors closed so we could have a conversation with ourselves and our guests.Watch out for the elevator door as it closes 3 seconds after it opens! We were in Building 6.We are Genius members and did not receive a welcome drink as advertised on booking.com.The pool deck is extremely slippery as it is a smooth finish that looks like wood vinyl flooring, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL PEOPLE!As you walked by the pool you could smell grease from the kitchens. Thankfully we did not take the all-inclusive. In order to get a chair by the pool you would have to be up extremely early as everyone was saving chairs! There are no wine glasses in the room, you have to go to the restaurant and give your first born after talking to 6 waiters to get some and you have to return them the following day.
