Central New Brunswick Woodmen's Museum

Central New Brunswick Woodmen's Museum is 1.6 km (1 mi.) e. on Hwy. 8. Frontier life and local history is recounted at this 6-hectare (15-acre) exhibition complex. Displays include tools, documents and photographs. A restored trapper's cabin, plough and machine sheds, a boathouse, a fire tower and a man-made lake are on the grounds, which are also crisscrossed with trails. Narrated tours aboard the Whooper Train also are offered.
