This 1960s roadside diner is a landmark for excellent Lexington-style pork barbecue with tangy vinegar-tomato sauce. It is routinely celebrated on best-of lists and attracts a devout following from all over for the flavorful pork smoked over oak and hickory coals. Plates are served with red slaw, french fries and crunchy hushpuppies, and portions are plentiful.
