I can't pass through Bellevue without stopping in here for one of their amazing fresh burgers and the fantastic crunchy chips. Simply a great spot.

This restaurant's namesake founder said it best: Food doesn't have to be fancy to be good. Delicious burgers are the star here and diners can get them any way they desire. Always made from well-seasoned fresh beef, they are grilled on the same grill that has been in use for more than 30 years. Fresh onion rings, fries and homemade chips are nice accompaniments. Be prepared to wait or even stand in line during lunch hours as this small eatery is packed on a daily basis. The one house rule is that the burgers are served on a napkin. If you are feeling brave they also have the Stellanator challenge burger to try and conquer. Many have tried and very few have succeeded in taking down this massive burger. It's also a lot of fun to watch a challenge happen.
